embARC Summer Design Academy is a summer program through UC Berkeley for high school students to become immersed in architecture, urban design, and urban planning. The program covered technical drawing and design, scale model making, sustainable city design philosophy, 3D printing and laser cutting, machine shop tools, and more.

 

    The final project involved designing a pavilion inspired by Berkeley's Aquatic Park. My design was based off of the row boats at the park and so it echos the triangular motions of rowing.
